A Bit About Me
When did you start refereeing: I have been refereeing volleyball since 2015.
What is it about refereeing that you enjoy: Mentoring younger referees. I am glad to be the point of contact for any difficult questions or to celebrate big achievements with you.
Your favourite memory or story: Nationals 2018 in Edmonton. It was a tough week of constant refereeing but rewarding as well as I learned lot from referees across the country. We also got to play a referees’ game of volleyball!
A tough moment you experienced and how you overcame it: When I initially attempted my L2 certification, I failed. I kept reffing despite the setback and got my L2 the next year, then my L3 soon after
